Valor Green's Spring Salad Blend is a hydroponically grown blend comprised of green leaf, red leaf, green oak leaf, red oak leaf, romaine lettuces plus mizuna and tasoi (combination may differ slightly due to product availability).
 
The produce is grown at our partner school, Victory Christian Academy with part of the proceeds of every sale going to the students at VCA.
 
Our produce is grown with non-gmo seeds and raised all-natural with no harmful chemicals or pesticides.
